It all started a long, long time ago…

2005 to be exact (but in the outdoor activity sector, that’s a seriously long time!) and now we have over 105 years of collective outdoor experience just in our senior instructor team alone!

Adventure Activities was founded on a principle belief that ‘education in the outdoors’ should be accessible to everyone, but particularly to young people.

Since then we’ve worked with over 70,000 people through our experience sessions for tourists and local people, and our groups such as schools, National Citizen Service and Young Adventurers.

So what’s next for us?

Well, we love a challenge!

In December 2018, we took on our own land centre at Stoats Farm on the stunning Isle of Wight with over 16 acres to set up some of the best archery and axe throwing ranges around, along with a dedicated 1 acre bushcraft site.

Having mastered residential camping facilities for 180 young people at a time in 2017/18, we now scaled up to 270 and, for the first time, managing a public campsite all in readiness for the 2019 season!

We are continually developing new offers and innovating services, as well as challenging ourselves to be more environmentally friendly and sustainable in all that we do.
